Fulfillment time
We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. Due to COVID-19 and increased shipping times, our fulfillment partner is operating at reduced capacity and online orders have increased, shipping costs have increased and delays are significant. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer than usual.
We are in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Currently fulfillment times are expected to be up to 15 business days. These longer fulfillment times are mainly affecting the apparel collections.
The order deadline, our suggested date by which our customers should place orders for the best possibility to receive them by December 24th, 2023 is December 6th, 2023.

Shipping costs depend on the type and weight of the items purchased, they are calculated at checkout. Standard shipment cost starts at $4.99 in the United States.
We offer Free shipping within the United States on any order of at least $75 before taxes.
International shipping is also available.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
